A MATLAB GUI application designed to quickly and easily read in tab-delimited text files with a text header, plot individual columns, zoom in and out, etc.
msmodel v. 0.1
The beginnings of a SIMM-compatible musculoskeletal model in MATLAB. At this point, it mostly just reads and parses model files in SIMM format. But there are also data structures set up to implement some more advanced modeling features.
learning
LABVIEW software for single-point tracking using the CMUCam2. This software is designed for experiments to study spinal learning using the Horridge paradigm.
brainstim
LABVIEW software useful for measuring motor evoked potentials (MEPs). Built on sort of old (LV 6 I think) LabVIEW code, it waits for an analog trigger and collects data, saving as text files.
